What You'll Be Doing:

● Underwriting & Processing: Review, analyze, and assess mortgage applications, credit

reports, financial documents, and property appraisals to determine eligibility.

● Client Engagement: Take applications over the phone, guide clients through the

mortgage process, and provide expert advice on renewals, refinancing, and

pre-approvals.

● Sales & Relationship Management: Act as in-house renewal and refinance

specialist—nurture existing client relationships and convert new leads into successful

deals.

● Lender & Compliance Coordination: Submit applications to lenders, manage conditions,

and ensure all deals align with regulatory and lending standards.

● Pipeline & Database Management: Stay on top of leads, track live mortgage applications,

and optimize CRM for better client outreach.

What We're Looking For:

● RECA License (required).

● 2+ years of mortgage underwriting or finance experience.

● Proficiency in Expert / Expert Pro (or similar mortgage software).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

● Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with

clients and lenders.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple files and deadlines.
