**About the Role**:
In this role, you will play a key part in our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and lifecycle marketing efforts, developing and executing campaigns targeting larger accounts from nurture to conversion to expansion.
Here, you will get a chance to show off your marketing expertise while leveraging a cutting-edge MarTech stack. You will use create, deploy and manage marketing campaigns focused on large target accounts to drive success. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with the sales and business development teams on critical cross-functional initiatives. You’ll share our passion to closely measure the results of our marketing efforts, in order to continually refine our approach. Our MarTech stack includes Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Outreach, Gong, Unbounce, Instapage and more.

**Job Accountabilities, include but are not limited to**:

- Partner with the sales and marketing leadership to identify and research target accounts based on customer and firmographic data as well as intent data.
- Conduct in-depth research to create account intelligence reports to inform target account selections and Account-Based sales approach.
- Lead efforts to enrich contact data for target accounts and ensure CRM data hygiene guidelines are followed rigorously.
- Create and manage nurturing campaigns for leads at different stages of the buyer and customer journey.
- Craft and execute 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many multi-channel ABM campaigns.
- Partner closely with the SDR team on outbound outreach for target accounts.
- Utilize a blend of digital advertising, in-person events, webinars, direct mail and content marketing to maximize reach and impact.
- Partner with the product marketing team to develop content that resonates with the ICP and buyer personas.
- Measure and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns across all channels using marketing automation and analytics tools, and continually optimize.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of industry trends and gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to achieve common pipeline generation goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in an ABM role, preferably focused in a B2B SaaS space
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other measurement solutions
- Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably with Salesforce-integrated platforms
- Data-driven with an outstanding, ability to review campaign and sales data outline optimization strategies
- Excellent writing and communications skills coupled with strong organizational skills and an intense attention to detail.
- Creative and unconventional thinking, the ability to define innovative messaging and positioning as highlighted in your portfolio of work
- Ability to succeed while meeting tight and competing deadlines
- Experience with CSS and HTML editing an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- WordPress and web design experience is a plus
