- Promote understanding of requirements across business units, identifying and addressing inefficiencies through real-time data evaluation.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships to strengthen internal and external partnerships.
- Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, focusing on metrics such as ARR Bookings, Churn, Downsell, and Upsell, and report on performance.
- Lead in creating and implementing processes that drive revenue and retention, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Assist in developing business requirements for stakeholder metrics, utilizing tools like GSheets, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Oversee quota planning and performance measurement for Sales and Revenue Growth teams, encompassing various roles to support business development and growth
**What you'll bring**:
- You should be an adept relationship builder and negotiator, with a creative mindset adaptable to fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous settings.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, especially within SaaS operations, is essential
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills are critical, with proficiency in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
- The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with a focus on independent decision-making and project management.
- We're looking for a results-oriented individual who is mindful of work quality, capable of collaborating across the organization, and skilled in communicating with all levels
- The ability to see the "big picture" while managing details and focusing on various objectives is key
- A commitment to fostering teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution to achieve organizational goals is essential
