**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, the **Revenue Operations Specialist**is responsible for optimizing and automating our Sales and Customer Success team processes. Working in close coordination and collaboration with Sales and CS Leadership, as well as the broader Revenue Operations Team, you will identify common Go-to-Market process friction points and develop and lead initiatives to address them. Your aim will be to make the work of our market facing teams faster and more effective by improving process design, tooling optimization, and integrating automation.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, SDR, CSM, Sales, and Leaders) to develop and implement lead-generation strategies that align with company objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the Sales and Customer Success processes and systems to ensure greater operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and manage a roadmap of improvement projects. Work with stakeholder teams to scope and prioritize initiatives
- Streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive productivity in the revenue organization
- Implement integrations and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of sales cycles
- Provide training and support to Sales and Sales Development teams on opportunity management best practices and CRM usage
- Ensure Sales process adoption and compliance
**You have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, or AE), revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, and sales funnel optimization
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
