**About the Role**
This is a cross-functional role where you will help enable the business to improve revenue operations and deliver expected revenue. You will be working alongside our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to help develop and optimize our revenue operations and sales processes.
You'll have the latest and greatest rev ops tools to empower you to do your job (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Asana, PowerBI etc.)
Intranet Connections has a remote flexible policy in which we offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote options.
**What you will do**
- Implement current GTM strategy, using tools that will enable the business to deliver expected revenue
- Own the internal forecasting and pipeline management
- Assign sales lists, and territories to optimize coverage
- Ensure data hygiene of account, contacts and leads within CRM
- Define, standardize, and optimize outreach and nurture campaigns to maximize impact and conversion rates
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and reporting sales and marketing performance metrics
- Continuously improve sales performance by managing the complete end-to-end buyer processes in our CRM and marketing automation platform, in cooperation with our sales and marketing leaders
- Lead standardization of sales and marketing processes and tools that drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity
- Engage with sales teams on sales operation guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and support
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Rev Ops role
- You have a very good knowledge of B2B software marketing and sales methodologies
- Knowledge of sales enablement, and sales/marketing automation tools is essential.
- You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- You are a HubSpot expert, with knowledge of Salesforce.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
