We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business to new heights.

**Job Description**:
As a Food & Beverage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our food and beverage offerings to prospective customers, primarily corporate clients, event planners, and other key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and General Managers to develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful execution of events and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the corporate and event catering markets

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, vendors, and partners

Develop customized proposals and presentations for catering and event services

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Collaborate with our Executive Chef and Hospitality Manager to plan and execute successful events and catering services

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote ETG's brand and services

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business

Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and forecasted growth

**Requirements**:
Experience in food and beverage sales, catering, or event planning

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

A passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for trends and industry developments

Knowledge of Vancouver's food and beverage market is an asset

A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
