About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team at Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of food and beverage staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef and Event Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and event experiences
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
