We are looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer to help grow Faris Capital Partners**.**

CEO & Broker Mark Faris built Faris Team into the most productive Real Estate team in Canada, with over 8 billion in sales volume and close to 10,000 home sales, including over 2000 - 5-star Google reviews, with a staff of over 110 team members. We have multiple locations North of Toronto and in Southwest Florida. Most recently we successfully closed on 584 multi-family units in Florida worth $75 million with a total equity raise of $11 million USD, from Canadian investors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of company vision.
- Creation of operations manual.
- Systems and processes mapping and execution.
- Build team of A players. Hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Implementation of scaling up tools and meeting rhythms.
- Creating and delivering on the investor journey experience.
- Help create and execute the marketing strategy, including PPC.
- CRM management.
- Legal and File management.
- Launch thought leadership platform to generate awareness.
- Ensure compliance with the Ontario Securities Commission.

**Key skills/qualifications**:

- Experience in the multi-family industry.
- A proven track record and success performing in the integrator role and making a vision reality.
- Proven track record of growing a real estate portfolio.
- Organizational excellence.
- Experience with CRM excellence to build a valuable client database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has successfully managed people.
- Marketing and social media background is an asset.
