**The Company**
Stacked Franchising Ltd. is a growing franchising company that represents Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House’s across Canada with it's Head Office Located in Barrie, Ontario. Currently with 80+ opened locations and aggressive growth, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist with the Director of Operations that will be in direct contact with our franchisees as the company continues to grow.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and operational support to our Director. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks and projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, communicate, reply, follow up & monitor phone/text inquires
- Review, communicate, follow up & store in Microsoft Teams folders administrative documents for each project
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, memos, and presentations
- Be the point of contact for our general inquiries page

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
