About the Team:
The Retail Distribution Sales Department is responsible for servicing our clients by providing value add solutions and an exceptional client experience. The Team is comprised of a Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Manager (Wholesalers), Business Development Manager (Inside Wholesaler), and a Regional Sales Coordinator.

About the Role:
The Retail Sales is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Coordinator to join our Montreal team. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, you will play a key role in building strong and meaning relationships and providing administrative support to the Sales team.

Your Responsibilities:
Retail Sales (50%):

- Coordinating all aspects of region events (branch meetings, appreciation, and product manager presentations)
- Managing the Wholesalers calendars and scheduling client meetings
- Facilitating weekly team meetings and preparing the agenda
- Collaborating with the team on territory sales strategies to increase gross sales
- Preparing correspondence, special mailings, client reports and managing continuing education credits for clients
- Ordering all team marketing materials and promotional items
- Maintaining all client related information in AGF’s CRM database
- Booking all travel (air, hotel, and transportation) for the sales team
- Preparing/presenting weekly and monthly internal team reports

Strategic Accounts (35%):

- Coordinating Strategic Accounts due diligence meetings and quarterly commentaries
- Coordinating dealer conference meetings with Strategic Account partners
- Coordinating all aspects of District events (team accountability meetings, appreciation, and portfolio manager presentations)
- Preparing weekly and monthly internal District reports
- Processing expenses and overseeing District budget

Chief Retail Distribution Officer Administration Support (15%):

- Managing the Chief Retail Distribution Officer’s calendar
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Chief Retail Distribution Officer, including transportation and accommodations.
- Complete and submit expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
- Coordinating Retail Leadership meetings and follow ups

Your Qualifications:

- Related post-secondary education
- Fluent in English and French is required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (i.e. Concur and Salesforce)

Additional Strengths you may bring to the role:

- Willingness to pursue other certifications (ie: CSC, IFIC)
- Knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry
