The AmCan Group establishes a new subsidiary in Canada: AmCan HR Inc. AmCan HR primarily assists local employers in filling labor gaps in industries such as food processing, restaurants, farming, meat cutting factories, and IT etc.

**Job Overview**
We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing new Business Development professional, responsible for expanding local enterprises. High energy and target focus are a pre-requisite for the job.
**Job Title: Business Development Specialist**
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Actively seek and establish relationships with new employers across various industries to expand the company's client base.
- Analyze market trends systematically to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract business partners, including participating in industry conferences and networking events.
- Maintain communication with existing employer partners to understand their evolving needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist in designing and implementing marketing materials to enhance the company's brand visibility among potential employers.
- Offer professional consultation to help employers understand market trends and recruitment strategies, thereby improving hiring efficiency.
- Perform other strategic duties as assigned by the AmCan Group.
**Skills you should already have**:
- Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and motivation to achieve business goals.
