**Role Overview**
In your role, you will be focused on managing paid ad strategies, monitoring lead generation, and measuring the success of our clients and the Paid Ads team. You work alongside our Marketing Strategists, Growth Consultants and Designers to produce high quality digital marketing content for our clients in the medical aesthetics industry.
**Scope of Duties**
- Outline digital marketing strategies for our clients and digital marketing team
- Analyze individual account performance to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage all client metrics including lead generation, CPL, conversion rates to foresee client account performance issues and ensure all accounts are tracking to exceptional performance.
- QA all digital assets and provide timely feedback for continuous and communicate the need for changes and results with teams
- Maintain an eye on lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximum lead generation for digital marketing clients
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
- Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on your insight
- Identify and communicate critical conversion points and drop off points to optimizes user's funnels
- Monitor and analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns for clients and recommend areas that need attention for improvement and areas of opportunity
- Work collaboratively with the marketing account managers and consultants to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Be a strong leader, set clear team goals and KPIs, delegate tasks and set project timelines.
- Help develop your team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
**What you Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or associated field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or social media platforms
- Strong managerial skills and experience with developing digital marketing and paid ads team
- Solid understanding of FB Ads, Google Ads, Display Ads, Landing Pages & SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Proficiency in managing budgets of various ranges across multiple clients, displaying your ability to handle significant fiscal responsibility.
- Excellent understanding on lead generation, KPI’s, business metrics and translating them into strategies for the team
- Proven experience in SEO strategies and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Experience in Google Ads management environment, automated bidding, machine learning, tracking, reporting, and tactics for improvement is a must
- Google Analytics 4 or GA4 certified.
- Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
- Google Tag Manager
- Troubleshoot campaigns on Google Ads
- Strong analytical acumen, capable of interpreting data insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data to monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve metrics.
- Excellent presentation skills to pitch our digital marketing services to our potential clients.
