We are looking for a talented Advertising Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our digital marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Execute Ad Campaigns**: Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- **Analyze and Report Performance**: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **SEO Integration**: Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate SEO strategies into paid campaigns and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend across various channels.
- **A/B Testing and Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and implement them to keep our campaigns ahead of the competition.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all advertising materials.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads**: Proven experience in creating and managing successful campaigns on these platforms.
- **Proficiency in LinkedIn and Bing Ads**: Ability to develop and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn and Bing for targeted audience engagement.
- **SEO Experience**: Understanding of SEO principles and experience integrating SEO strategies into paid advertising campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to develop compelling ad copy and creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 3-5+ years of experience.
- Experience in the B2C industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar credentials.
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing channels and tools.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
