**Job Summary**:
As the Business Development and Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, managing marketing campaigns, and driving sales strategies. Your role will involve a blend of product management, sales, and marketing responsibilities, with a focus on expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in preparing presentations, facilitating meetings, and representing the CEO in various capacities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Olade Consulting's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various service lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
**Product Management**:
- Oversee the lifecycle of our products and services, from development to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market needs and client expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and positioning.
**Marketing and Sales**:
- Prepare compelling marketing decks and sales presentations to support business development efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
**Facilitation and Representation**:
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
- Represent the CEO in client meetings, industry events, and other in-person engagements as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for high-level discussions with clients and partners.
**Client and Partner Relationship Management**:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with partners to expand service offerings and explore new market opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or product management, ideally within a marketing agency, HR, or tech startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in preparing decks and facilitating meetings or workshops.
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of maturity, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company and CEO with confidence.
**Education**:
