At Kia of Saskatoon, we are looking for a best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team, it’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time **Service Advisor** who is the primary touchpoint and liaison between our customers and service technicians.

**What you will do**:

- Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle.
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Ongoing customer communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive would be considered an asset.
- Service writing experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
