We’ll be blunt, we’re seeking an awesomely, talented people person, one who is from the best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team. It’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time Service Advisor who is the primary touchpoint and liaison between our customers and service technicians.

- Your excellent listening skills will help to understand customers reasons for bringing their vehicle in for servicing.

**What you will do**:

- Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle.
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Ongoing customer communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Satisfy the expectations of the manufacturer as they relate to the service writing function.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive would be considered an asset.
- Service writing experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
