**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relations and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering essential data to ensure successful projects and fostering business relationships directly at client sites.

You will play a crucial role in our service offerings and growth strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings through firsthand client interactions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Conduct onsite data collection activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize established methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data relevant to client projects.
- Analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

**Business Development**:

- Identify potential business opportunities during client engagements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

**Client Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onsite visits.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data collection and business development.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license with 0 demerit points.
- Have a reliable vehicle for transportation and current car insurance.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in sales, customer service, data collection, audit, analysis and compliance, with a strict attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Clear a criminal background check.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**
- Experience client relations / business development.
- Experience in Health and Safety, Security, and / or building operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to efficiently resolve client issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

**ENVIRONMENT**

Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
