The Position
We are looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our expanding team as a Client Service Associate. In this capacity, the successful candidate will report to the firm's Client Service Team Lead and collaborate with Prime Quadrant's clients on investment subscriptions, redemptions, and internal Know-Your-Client (KYC) documentation. The Client Service Associate will work closely with Team Members across Consulting, Operations, and Compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Record Management
- Maintain current client records in the firm's reporting and client relationship management systems (Salesforce FSC, SharePoint, form creation and generation, and SideDrawer).
- Prepare, coordinate, and ensure the completion of compliance and KYC documentation for both new and existing clients.
Client Trade Processing
- Prepare necessary documents for client transactions, including subscription agreements, redemption forms, and account-opening forms.
- Regularly communicate with clients to facilitate account setup and transactions, including wire transfers.
- Collaborate with Consulting Team Members as needed to resolve issues related to client trade execution.
Client Support
- Assist the Director of Client Satisfaction and Consulting Team Members with the onboarding of new clients.
- Support Prime Quadrant's annual client survey.
- Propose process improvements and enhancements to the Executive as a vital member of the Prime Quadrant Team.

Qualifications
This position is intended for a Junior Associate. Please confirm your acknowledgment of the role's level when applying.
- Successful completion of the Exempt Market Proficiency Exam is required but may be completed post-hire.
- University degree or college diploma with knowledge or interest in financial services.
- Co-op/internship experience in a financial services setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams).
- Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to complete the Exempt Market Proficiency Exam within three months of joining the firm.
- Demonstrated interest in the investment advisory or wealth management sector.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
