**Description**

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced service appointment coordinator to add to our growing team. If you are a believer of integrity and customer satisfaction we would love to speak with you. Previous experience in making appointments, or a business development call center atmosphere and excellent computer skills are **a must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Confidently recommend/promote services
- Schedule customer shuttles/courtesy cars as needed
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Log customer information and manage database
- Explain all completed work and take payment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in appointment coordination/business development centre is a **must.**:

- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Cash handling experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

Compensation commensurate with your experience, a complete benefits package is included.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
