We are actively seeking a full-time, qualified **Internet Sales Coordinator **to join our team of dedicated professionals.
As a vital member of the Internet Sales Department, the Internet Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring prompt responsiveness to incoming phone calls, internet leads, and chats. This position demands exceptional customer service skills, enthusiasm, positivity, goal orientation, and effective communication abilities (both written and verbal in English).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute and comprehend internet sales strategies, adeptly navigating the follow-up process, and efficiently utilize the lead management systems.
- Oversee the Appointment Log Process, meticulously creating, recording, and tracking appointments, shows and sold clients. Leverage this information to conduct appropriate follow up.
- Strive to secure appointments and guide customers to visit the dealership.
- Undertake tasks synonymous a Sales Consultant to ensure comprehensive support.
- Fulfill other duties as necessitated by the role.
**Requirements**:
- Availability during all dealership hours, as well as evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Self-starter with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, encompassing verbal, listening, and writing proficiency.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an AMVIC license upon employment.
