**Business Development Representative (BDR) - Bilingual - Remote - Quebec City**

**Vocantas is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative bilingual to help us grow to the next level**

**What your day will look like**:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Develop a pipeline of leads and track all activity in the company's CRM system
- Provide regular reports to management on activity and results
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns and initiatives
- Meet and exceed target KPI's, goals, and objectives
- Grow and manage a pipeline for all product offerings to new prospects
- Understand your prospect's business, their dynamics, challenges and requirements, and be able to clearly demonstrate our value in relevance
- Achieve activity, and sales quotas, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
- Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships to maximise successful outcomes
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Sales to develop strategies to achieve growth targets
- Run the entire sales cycle from discovery stages, demos, negotiations and closing
- Develop and foster effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal is essential
- Experience in the software industry or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Previous experience working in the SaaS industry is highly desirable
- Highly motivated hunter-closer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Experience selling into multiple C-suite stakeholders
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise companies Experience in selling Workforce Management Solutions is an asset
