Urgent hiring Junior Sales Development Representative:

Position Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the adhesives industry.

Responsibilities:

Account Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their adhesive needs. Door to door sales. New Business Development- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base, targeting new industries and markets. Market Analysis- Stay updates on industry needs, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Quotation and Proposal- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of our adhesive solutions. Negotiation-Skillfully negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Sales Targets- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Forecasting- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales leadership team. Customer Support- Ensure exceptional post-sales support, including addressing any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience Bilingual- English and French Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Account Manager in the adhesives industry Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events Must already have a US visa Proficiency in CRM software and MS office applications
