**Job Description** About the Team**:Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Partnerships & Community, the Lead, Brand Partnerships is a crucial revenue driving role for the Global Partnerships department. This role will lead in securing revenue from SSENSE’s non-endemic accounts and work in close collaboration across the marketing team to identify and secure partnership budgets with non-endemic accounts.. Additionally, as a lead on the Partnerships team, this role will be responsible for securing new business across assigned categories to meet the annual goal targets. This role will co-create the roadmap that will contribute to the overall department goal.

- Collaborate with Partner Programming, Community, Buying, Marketing, Retail and other relevant teams to coordinate successful client activations
- Develop and implement the strategy and roadmap for the non-endemic partnerships accounts, and secure stakeholder support, to implement initiatives that will successfully scale the Brand Partnerships business model and achieve growth targets, with a focus on next generation paid digital placement and digital services, while accounting for the global evolution of the SSENSE platform

**Qualifications** How To Excel In This Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve brand exposure and impact sell through
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English to communicate with international partners
