The Alliance Channel Manager will build and promote the Company’s position as the worldwide leader in Unified Threat Management, specifically through the VAR community in the territory. Must be a key contributor to the revenue growth of the region and manage to the company growth targets. Accountable for developing and managing strategic reseller partnerships within the guidelines of Fortinet’s channel programs, spearheading new business development and successfully developing alliances with key solution provider accounts. Will motivate, educate and train the partners in the Company’s products and technologies. Expand sales with by building business plans including MDF strategy, account penetration strategy and profitability targets.

**Responsibilities**:
You are spearheading actions that will impact our bottom line and building relationships
- Responsible for identifying partners in the public and private CLOUD (Azure/AWS/Google), OT players, Technology Influencers (MSSPs, System Integrators, Insurance companies and Consultants) and determining how we align our partnership to win together and find the best solutions for our customers.
- Recruit and Manage strategic Fortinet partners/consultants/influencers.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with these partners.
- You will establish trusted business relationships with senior leaders of these partners organization and act as the day-to-day primary interface.
- You will have experience understanding how our partnership will be able to reach more customers with Fortinet’s solutions and services.
- Engage with Partners, establish monthly/quarterly business reviews to achieve the mutual objectives established.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners.
- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline.
- Act as key channel strategist to regional sales managers within region.
- Partner with Fortinet marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within region.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of business-to-business sales, business development experience, brand/product marketing and Channel development.
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in both French and English, with proven ability to articulate business problems and build diverse relationships at the personal and corporate level.
- Experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
- Must have experience in delivering sales trainings, and experience in working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
- College or University degree preferred
