Building a world-class partner ecosystem ISV Alliances, Consultancies, Systems Integrators (GSI), and Agencies play a crucial role in Coveo’s growth plans. As part of our rapid expansion, Coveo is seeking a high performing, partnership-focused expert to lead our North America Alliances & Partnerships team.
Reporting to the CRO, the North America Partnerships leader will be responsible for helping partners to thrive and grow their business with Coveo’s solutions, including our GenAI enterprise-ready Coveo Platform. This person will work closely with some of the largest GSIs and ISVs throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations to evangelize AI-powered-search and generative answering solutions. The leader will also coach and develop a small team of partner managers.
It is a fast paced, highly visible, and key role in driving the future success of Coveo.
Your main responsibilities will include: Set the North America channel strategy by line of business in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
Build, develop, and execute on a North America partnership plan and GTM strategy, including key ISV partners, GSIs, SIs and agencies.
Hire, train and develop a team of Partner Managers and lead them to achieve performance objectives, focusing on priority partnerships.
Develop relationships and increase awareness of the Coveo solutions with key stakeholders in our partner ecosystem using one-to-many tactics, thought leadership and more.
Continually identify new sales opportunities with all partners and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners. Nurture net-new partner referred opportunities in conjunction with business development to make it sales ready.
Regularly attend and present to various user groups within our core ecosystems and drive partners/prospects to meet Coveo at events (i.e.virtual webinars, conferences, shows).
Travel 30% of the time (depending on location).

The individual we are looking for should have these characteristics: Minimum 15 years experience in a similar Partnerships role in SaaS.
Experience working within the GSI ecosystem and/or developing/managing GSI alliances (with examples Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Capgemini, IBM, TCS, Wipro, etc.).
A track record of creating and executing successful channel/alliance strategies, winning support from senior management and increasing vendor’s awareness and mindshare within an ecosystem.
Strong business acumen who can quickly assimilate and navigate through a variety of complex organizations and their structures. A sales focus, understands how this role supports and helps sales continue to be successful.
A strong and collaborative team spirit, willing to help the greater team.
Strong presenter who can tailor their message for a particular audience.
Self-starter with a strong independent, entrepreneurial spirit. Strong determination and perseverance.
Being in-person with customers and partners is key for you. You’re outgoing, sociable and comfortable engaging with new people.
Ideally located in a North America hub city: Montreal, Toronto, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, etc.
