We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Partnerships and Alliances

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Implement the global alliance and partnership program with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sales through partner network.
- Own the end-to-end process of building relationships (research, identify, contact) with the Big 4 as well as industry-specific partners and consulting firms.
- Accountable for driving business and achieving an annual sales target through strategic partnerships.
- Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing trends and sharing insights with partners to act as a ‘trusted advisor.
- Set and track the progress of quarterly business objectives that drive strategic engagement with partners.
- Identify transformative and incremental business opportunities by engaging partners and evaluating their industry reputation and expertise.
- Support joint sales pursuit activities by Nakisa and partner to deliver greater value and lock a win.
- Accelerate partner growth through joint GMT plans focusing on industries with the highest win-rate.
- Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, and joint events).
- Ensure the Partner strategy is following Nakisa’s value selling and building long-term relationships across multiple points.
- Build thought leadership through strengthened professional, industry, and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Able to replicate this in our partner ecosystem.
- Be an active part of the team, be creative, and help the team achieve its goals.

**What you need to bring**:

- Broad-based business and technology expertise with 7+ years in sales or 5+ years in either partner management or consulting working with global companies.
- University degree (MBA is a plus).
- Experience driving sales activities directly or through partner network.
- Proven track record of creating relationships and partnerships aiming to increase sales for b2b SaaS solutions.
- Committed to culture of positivity and high performance and you are not shy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Great if you speak French, German, or Dutch as well).
- Ability to work with indirect reporting lines in highly matrixed environments.
- Able to transact with MD/Partner level across the global partnerships network.
- True out-of-the-box and strategic thinker
- A roll-up-sleeve attitude to getting things done to attain the team’s purpose and growth objectives.
