A digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare is currently looking for an Account Coordinator/Admin Assistant - with the experience and ability to juggle various tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Agency and client coordination, and miscellaneous administrative tasks which may include:

- Account planning and strategy
- Communication with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Compiling, formatting, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Content development
- Project management & tracking important items and deadlines
- Research
- Social media

Miscellaneous supportive tasks, and other areas within present capabilities

This is an off-site, work from home (with occasional North York office meetings, and other on-site client meetings as required) position of approximately 10-15 hours a week.

**Job Summary**:
Agency and client coordination, miscellaneous administrative tasks and support the President by providing confidential administrative assistance for his companies and professional associations.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with account services, planning and strategy
- Perform standard administrative duties, including proofreading/editing, composing, preparing, and distributing correspondence, marketing plans and reports
- Upkeep filing systems and vendor information where required (through online CRM).
- Liaise with various teammates on a daily basis regarding projects on hand.
- Assist with new business (coordinating PowerPoint presentations)
- Attend and participate in client and agency meetings (in-person and virtual) and prepare and distribute minutes in a timely manner.
- Develop and update administrative procedures for more efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of a college degree in marketing or a related field**:

- Administrative or assistant experience
- Digital proficiency required
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Time management aptitude and ability to prioritize work
- Team player
- Access to a vehicle for local GTA travel
