We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join our BPA team in Wilson.
The Executive Assistant assists with in the effective and efficient performance of a wide range of administrative and office support activities to support Consulting Team, Management, the Board of Trustees and associated stakeholders by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative tasks and projects.
**The Executive Assistant will**:

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and Also, generate and modify documents using Microsoft Office such as letters, memos, faxes, etc., as required.
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and courier
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring that inventory is always
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system in a confidential
- Setup and coordinate meetings (scheduling); meeting assistance, catering, boardroom bookings, as
- Support and coordinate conference attendance, travel, reimbursements and other arrangements for Trustees, Management and other
- Prepare and maintain meeting materials, Board minutes, presentations, and account payables for various Trust
- Maintain calendars for Account Managers/Consultants.
- Pull current statistical data and organize in a format required by
- Any other tasks as may be required from time to time as detailed by
- Must have strong analytical skills in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word and Experience with Adobe Acrobat an asset.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of client
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by

**To be successful as a Executive Assistant **with BPA, you will need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Internet research
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with employees at various levels of the
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented and ability to work to tight
- Ability to speak in second language: Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, an
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office
- Diploma in business, office management, or related.
