**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Track customer and vendor orders ensuring on-time and accurate fulfillment.
- Review, provide and process all customer orders and associated paperwork for worldwide shipping
- Connect with current and prospective stakeholders via different communication channels to answer inquiries, requests, or troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales team in lead delegation

**Qualities that you have that will help you succeed in this role**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success
- Passion in assisting customers and helping them towards their goals
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Knowledge with ERP systems (Epicor), previous experience an asset
