I**ndividual Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Professional, reliable & punctual
- Previous Office Experience

**Assets**:

- 3 years clinic experience in a clinic facility
- Have worked with chronic pain clientele
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in JANE software

**What you will do (Responsibilities)**:

- Greet and provide all clients with exceptional service and hospitality in line with Revival's standards.
- Introduce new clients to our service offering with clear, on-brand messaging via phone, walk-in, and written communication.
- Assist clients in completing all necessary forms, insurance papers and documentation, including ensuring client information and billing information are accurate.
- Inform clients of clinic procedures and policies.
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries, transfer calls as needed, optimize the clinic schedule through effective booking and waitlist management, collect co-pays and payments.
- Complete various clerical duties, process insurance claims, and maintain stock of forms and office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and clean, safeguard client privacy and confidentiality, keep detailed and organized client notes.
- Consistently maintain the organization and cleanliness of the clinic with weekend cleaning.
- Assist with client follow-up, communicate with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions between shifts. Report insights from daily shifts, therapists, and client feedback to the Clinic Experience Specialist (CES) as needed.
- Work 4-8 hour shifts on weekends, and potentially Fridays
