**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the executive and board of directors.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and redirect as appropriate.
- File documents, memos, and reports.
- Schedule meetings; prepare presentations and materials for meetings; arrange travel arrangements; coordinate calendars; and prepare correspondence.
- Communicate with outside contacts (such as vendors); act as liaison with in-house service providers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
