We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working **Administrative Assistant** to join our growing team We will provide an opportunity to join a team of experienced and skilled professionals who thrive on innovation, collaboration, and integrity. Please note that this is a one-year temporary contract, with the possibility to transition to permanent.

**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain:

- Assisting with planning and coordinating corporate functions.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering office supplies.
- Organizing shipping, courier, and other logistics, as required.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and other department appointments.
- Assisting the Corporate and HR departments with administrative and bookkeeping tasks

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Experience as an administrator or equivalent related experience.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and excellence are key
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Reliable, well organized, motivated, and self
- managed.
