**Here’s the job opportunity**

**This is a 6-month contract opportunity.**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter and HR Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive recruitment services and administrative support to the HR function. The Recruiter and HR Coordinator will collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment, post positions, review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process. Additionally, the role includes supporting HR operations by managing the HR mailbox, preparing reports, drafting offer letters, and participating in various HR projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Develop interview questions, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Present verbal offers, initiate background checks, and prepare written offers of employment.

**HR Administrative Support**:

- Manage the HR mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and update reports regularly.
- Draft offer letters and participate in HR projects as needed.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- College or University graduate in a related field or at least 2 years of equivalent HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of the employment market and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in HR systems (ADP Workforce Now is an asset).
- CHRP designation is an asset.
