We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment and HR Consultant to join our team at Analyticsmart Consulting Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 30 to 35 hours of work per week.

Job Description

The Recruitment and HR Consultant will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will direct staff, motivate staff, plan and organize daily operations, review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

They will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, answer telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, advise senior management, order office supplies, maintain inventory, perform data entry, recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, and maintain and manage digital databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, excellent written communication skills, be organized, a team player, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and have good time management skills. They will also have experience in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.

Education and Experience

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field. They will also have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
