**Job Summary**

- Source and recruit top-tier construction talent.
- Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

**What we need from you**:

- 1+years of recruitment experience for construction talent positions **(specifically looking for Recruitment agency experience, not HR).**:

- Exceptional time management skills, adept at prioritizing changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable, energetic, and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
