- 2+ years of related HR experience
- Experience with HR program administration
- Experience researching and analyzing information to provide advice or recommendations

Bonus points for:

- HRIS administration experience
- A postsecondary diploma or degree in Human Resources

**A Little More About the Role***:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be the key contact for hiring managers and lead recruitment activities through uploading job postings, shortlisting, interview booking and creating offer letters
- Process all documentation and update systems with new hire data
- Lead HR onboarding sessions and become the trusted advisor for new hires in their first weeks with us
- Complete research, make recommendations, and work with internal groups to make improvements to or create new HR process and programs
- Develop and facilitate presentations on various HR topics
- Respond to and complete external compensation surveys
- Become the process owner of various annual HR programs
- Maintain electronic employee records
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day Human Resources inquiries
- Be flexible and maintain a positive outlook with a desire and willingness to take on a variety of tasks in this team-focused environment
