Duties
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them as appropriate
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for visitors and callers
- Proficient typing skills to accurately input information into our system
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
**Skills**:To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be interacting with various individuals throughout the day, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
