**Summary**

ServerMania is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to assist with various marketing initiatives and help drive brand growth. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation. This internship is ideal for students eager to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced and innovative IT environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Content Creation and Curation:

- Assist with creating blog post topics and social media content
- Help curate relevant industry articles or updates to share on company channels
- Assist in the production of videos and graphics with guidance from the team
- Help brainstorm monthly newsletter topics related to company updates, new blog posts, solutions, trends, and tips for clients
- Proofread and ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines

Social Media Management:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on social platforms in a timely manner
- Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts
- Track engagement and social performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose ideas for new content formats (reels, carousels, stories, etc.)

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor KPIs to track campaign and website performance
- Assist in compiling monthly marketing performance reports

Campaign Planning:

- Assist in creating and maintaining campaign timelines that will outline key milestones, deadlines and deliverables

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Research industry trends and analyze competitor campaigns or product launches to identify best practices and opportunities
- Prepare reports that summarize findings and provide strategic recommendations

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Creative mindset with passion for technology and marketing
- Experience with graphic design or video production tools is a bonus

**Learning and Development Opportunities**

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Must be a current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Eligible to work in Canada
