The Project Coordinator & Inside Sales with Civil construction experience, under the direction of the Project Manager, will have primary responsibility for the administration of the sales processes and ensuring that a given job meets its deliverable on quality, safety and schedule, coordinating with other departments and clients, and oversee scheduling and task assignments to ensure that all deliverables are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute all assigned projects in a timely manner
- Provide various Sales reports, that would be required, daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
- Customer documentation / new account setup-work with the sales and finance team so that all required customer documentation is completed, filed and distributed.
- Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables.
- It may be worth having this person manage returned Merchandise approvals (RMAs)
- Process warranty claims
- Manage the current FCL monthly parts order
- Small, repeat orders from customers - Smaller sales inquiries - Eg, FCL injectors, Parts,
- Follow-up quotes.
- Track lead times of items that have been on order for
- Maintain an up-to-date list of orders that have been placed, including targeted ship dates and billing confirmation
- Update product prices and ensure accuracy.
- Regularly review and update product information on the eCommerce website.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock availability on the eCommerce website.
- Work with support personnel to address customer complaints or issues related to orders, products, or quotes.
- Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.
- Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
- Creating a timeline of goals to be met.
- Developing work plans (execution procedures) for clients and staff.
- Incorporate providers best suited to complete the tasks based on their trade.
- Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements (Scope, Safety, Quality).
- Assist in maintaining project documentation

**About You**:

- Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Technicians or Technologists diplomas
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment. Task adaptable.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and goal-oriented
