Reporting to the Director of Customer & Operations Support, the Project Coordinator Supervisor will interact with department staff. By supporting team members in daily activities. Providing information and reporting to help with teams daily role and actively keeping contact with coordinators regarding any issues and mental health. As well as providing performance evaluations to management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support team when short staffed. Managing PRJs, updating dates, keeping up with backorders, releasing as sales requests;
- Monitor open sales report to ensure that dates are correct, and projects are moving;
- AX support. Escalating AX issues to IT and testing dev with team members;
- Provide Training and support standard operating procedures to Project Coordinators;
- Complete KPIs for management. Ensure group is keeping to departments standard;
- Communicate Product and System changes to group.
- Assist Administrators with issues regarding coordinator role to complete project;
- Create tools to better assist project coordinator. EX. ESource, document sharing, Project summary;
- Assist in escalate issues to support project Coordinator and Administrator; and
- Attend meetings regarding any internal company updates and assist with system testing after updates have been made to ensure they are working properly.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Practical experience carrying out clerical and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in English
- Mircrosoft Dynamics AX software experience a definite asset
- Experience in a construction environment preferred
- Planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Customer-service oriented and a team-player
- Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to gather & monitor information, assess & solve problems.
