Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day field staff operations, including Project scheduling, conducting resourcing meetings, staff scheduling.
- Coordinate, track and ensure project requirements and deliverables are met as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Pre-Job Report review and equipment organization.
- Be the first point of contact for field technicians on-site.
- Coordinate travel logistics, such as flights, rental cars, accommodation bookings and shuttles etc. for fieldwork.
- Provide technicians Job Packages prior to arrival at site. (Project number, scope of work, necessary equipment & information to meet objectives and deliverables)
- Track and manage GEMS inventory for sampling containers
- Coordinate laboratory certificates of analysis - primary point of contact for GEMS analytical results, and coordination with the laboratory.
- Complete document review and submission of technical reports, where required.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Collaborate with other departments and provide coordination support as required.
- Track and review field technician timesheets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective office and field procedures.
- Field work, technician support, coaching and development as required.
- Assist with training of new staff members.
- Foster and participate in a Health & Safety culture.
- Maintain training, qualifications and professional designation(s), as required.
- Work with all stakeholders, technicians, and project managers to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff members, including scheduling orientations and briefing on project requirements.
- Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership.

Qualifications:

- A post-secondary education in Science, Engineering, Environmental, or similar program.
- Proven work experience as a project manager, coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in the field of Ecology, Hydrogeological, Geotechnical Engineering, and/or Environmental Monitoring is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and Adobe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
