**How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide coordination support to the Senior Manager and Senior Project Managers relating to the day-to-day management of TRCA staff, consultants, contractors, public, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Support the undertaking of master plans or environmental assessments and addendums as set out by the Environmental Assessment Act, including contributing to the preparation of associated technical studies, compiling necessary information and data, and liaising with other TRCA staff to incorporate technical review and input in materials.
- Support the detailed design process and implementation for approved planning initiatives.
- Under the direction of the project lead, coordinate multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholder meetings, prepare permits, prepare agendas and record and catalogue minutes.
- Maintain project records and file archives.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in the procurement of goods and services in support of project planning and delivery, including, but not limited to the drafting of RFPs, organizing logistics for bidders’ meetings, preparing summary of bids, and ensuring appropriate documentation of procurement materials.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in the preparation and circulation consultation materials, as well as technical materials in support of EAs, construction projects, or other planning processes.
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of technical data from internal departments, project partners and consultants to support the writing of Environmental Assessments, technical and feasibility studies.
- Under direction and with the support of the PM, Manager or Sr. Manager, review, edit and/or produce all or components of the following:

- Authority meeting reports;
- Annual reports;
- Compliance reports;
- Technical reports/memos;
- Briefing notes;
- Feasibility studies;
- Corporate policy/procedure documents; and
- Procurement reports.
- Translate technical information in both written and visual formats for public consumption (websites, social media posts, newsletters, media releases etc.).

**What will you need to succeed**:

- University Degree or College Diploma (Environment, Biology, Planning, Engineering - typically)
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and ability to acquire a TRCA driver’s certificate
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating Projects involving EAs, feasibility studies, public events, environmental or engineering studies, construction projects, and coordinating consultants/staff
- Some familiarity of environmental legislation in Ontario (Environmental Assessments - [Provincial Individual EAs, Class EAs, and Federal EAs]), floodplain and hazard regulations, Ministry of Environment and Climate Change soil and groundwater quality regulations
- Demonstrated project coordination experience, with experience coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously as a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to prepare reports and correspondence
- Strong aptitude for coordination of meeting logistics
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word Processor, Spreadsheets, and Presentation software
