Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial records and transactions
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative tasks in a medical office setting
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain the front desk area and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Use computerized systems to schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Ensure organizational systems are followed for efficient record keeping
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills, including filing and document management
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working at the front desk and interacting with visitors
- Knowledge of computerized systems for appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Typing speed and accuracy for efficient document creation
