Full Time Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries or issues.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation.
- Create social media posts for review.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience with the Jane app is an asset.
- Experience direct billing insurance companies is an asset.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
