Office Manager/human Resources/law Bookkeeper

All aspects of Human Resources - Office Management - day-to-day operation of the firm.
- Liason with IT support-Group Benefits administrator
- Payroll(tracking sick days and vacation days) - Bank reconciliations - year-end reporting to accountants.
Supervise clerks and accounting staff. Resolve employee relations issues.
Monthly reconciliation of G/L accounts.
Firm purchases computers and furniture.
Confidential Financial issues for the firm.
LSO year-end reports, HST monthly payments. Miscellaneous duties as they occur. Oversee Marketing and website, Visa travel points. Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
7+ years of Legal Management experience.
Knowledge of all aspects of Legal Accounting as per LSO.
General principles of recruiting. staffing systems
Experience in managing client databases and legal software
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize while paying close attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff/Lawyers and clientele.
Excellent written and oral skills.
