What you will do:

- Providing support and advice in the areas of recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations, conflict resolution, training and development, performance management and termination.
- Ensures the adherence to pertinent legal requirements including Employment Standards, Human Rights, Employment Equity.
- Participates in the research, design and implementation of specialized company Human Resources services and programs, based on best practices, to complement each Company culture.
- Advise and counsel employees and people managers on HR policies and programs
- Provides high-level HR consulting and business partnering to people managers in reaching and achieving company objectives,
- Acts as in-house recruitment specialist; actively co-ordinating recruitment activities as required, including posting, screening, interviewing, and preparing offers, (as well as tracking and reporting on recruitment activity)
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Coordinates Health & Safety training, resources and conduct workplace investigations as required.
- Partner with HR Team to develop and conduct internal training presentations on Company programs
- Update HRIS with changes to employee information, produce monthly headcount reporting
- Conduct Stay and Exit interviews and produce monthly reporting of headcount

- Education / Experience - 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources. College or University; Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business, or Human Resources
- Excellent presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
