Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant familiar with design software In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with billing and invoicing using Quick Book
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a sign manufacturing highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff members
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Graphic design & working with design software

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
