**S**ummary**: Primary responsibility is providing administrative support to Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager and Parts Support for the Service Department as well as the sale of parts, inventories, and issues spare parts for equipment repair and maintenance by performing the following duties.

**Description**
- Carries out ECA Branch Parts Operation to ensure profitability
- Ensures work is performed with company goals in mind
- Help to grow business
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Ensures daily/weekly tasks are completed
- Establishes and adjusts to work procedures and schedules to meet requirements
- Ensures Parts department administrative work is done in a timely manner
- Invoice customer orders once completed and shipped
- Accounts Payables/Receivables:

- Looks up, Locates, Processes order and Ships parts for customer orders
- Read and interpret manuals to ascertain type and specification of parts
- Assists Customers and Service Department with locating parts in manuals and in inventory
- Adding part to Work Orders, Removing Parts from Work Orders
- Creating parts quotes for the Service Department
- Preparing customer orders

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- One year certificate from college or trade school
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Logistic, inventory and warehouse knowledge
- Reliable
- Mechanical and heavy equipment knowledge
- Must pass drug test and background check
