Parts and Service Coordinator

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing parts quotes and processing customer orders.
- Assisting the Service Manager with scheduling and coordinating Service Technician Work orders.
- PO processing, obtaining quotes, and writing up POs.
- Managing Service Calls.
- Preparing service and parts quotes for the Service Manager's review.
- Preparing purchase orders for parts needed to complete jobs.
- Sourcing parts from multiple vendors.
- Performing office clerical and administrative work.
- Highly developed communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Superior organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Scheduling experience is an asset.
