The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join the Village Honda Dealership

**About the Role**:
The Senior Shipping Clerk is responsible to verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties also include assembling, addressing and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.

**Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)**:

- Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy
- Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route parts and materials
- Pack, seal, or label to prepare materials for shipping
- Confer or correspond with Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager to rectify problems, such as damages, overage or shortages
- Assist parts and service staff with customer special order notification
- Schedule and stage wholesale orders for postdated shipments
- Co-ordinate supplier parts returns

**Requirements**:

- A valid AB driver’s license
- A current and clean driver’s abstract
